The villa Caribbean Pearl is situated in the treasured South-West of Cape Coral in reposeful location and calm neighborhood. The estate is located in southern exposure at a canal with direct access (without Watergate) to the Gulf of Mexico. Your great advantage: On your boat trips you will cross "Tarpoint Marina", where you can fill up your boat right away. Needless to say that a dock with lift will be at your disposal.

A villa with 320sqm living area, thereof 220sqm air-conditioned is waiting for you. With its exclusive design it will satisfy even highest demands. The Caribbean Pearl dominates in warm colors of brown, cream and gold. The furniture is high-quality and fits harmonically to the whole atmosphere of the house.

The fantastic top class villa Caribbean Pearl is offering four fluffy carpeted bedrooms, the remaining area is tiled.

The master bedroom is executed with a king size four-poster bed and plasma TV; it is offering an extravagant bathroom with a big double shower, Jacuzzi, two single wash basins embedded in granite and separate toilet. The master bathroom is equipped with solid wood cabinets.

The second big bedroom with its king size bed and flat screen TV offers an own bathroom with shower. It is equipped with a wash basin embedded in granite and a solid wood vanity unit. The shower room is also accessible from the patio.

The two additional bedrooms share a common bathroom with bath tub, a wash basin embedded in granite and a wooden vanity unit.

The comfortable daybed (2m x 1m) in the livingcorner is an oasis of coziness.

Our villa is also perfectly suited for holidays with two families.

The kitchen fascinates with its solid Nutmeg wood design combined with granite work space. It is conveniently equipped and convinces brilliantly with its stainless steel design.

The living room attends with a cosy lounge. An absolute highlight here is the lightened entertainment centre with the hifi unit and the loud speaker system (optional switchable to masterbedroom, masterbath and terrace), as well as its 50" HD ready plasma TV and DVD player, ensuring an absolute cinema feeling. Internet access with high speed wireless LAN is available for your laptop. A Play Station 2 and a V-tech console is provided for big and little children and can of course be used free of charge.

An alarm system at the pool serves as a safeguard for infants. The villa has been constructed according to the latest hurricane regulations and has additional aluminium fixtures at windows and doors. The house disposes of an energy-saving air condition with additional heat energy for hot water use. The complete area of the patio as well as the entrance area and driveway are provided with high-quality anti-slip cobblestones.

Due to the all-season pleasing climate we turned our special attention to an extraordinary noble design of the exterior surface. The electrically heatable pool (4 m x 10 m) with Spa invites for swimming. The spacious 45sqm roofed patio area with two music speakers and two ceiling ventilators is a perfect place for enjoying the summer sun - even at higher temperatures. The complete pool- and patio area (approx. 170sqm) is protected by a fly screen across the entire width of the house in order to protect you against mosquitoes and other uninvited guests. Thus you can also enjoy the Florida warmness during the evening hours - maybe with grilling original American steaks on the big gas barbecue or just watching the starry sky, resting on a comfortable deck chair with a glass of champagne.

During the evening hours, the pool and the whirlpool will put you into a romantic mood with theirs automatically changing colours violet, green and blue.
