Dear Monika,
Thank you once again for allowing us to stay at the Caribbean Pearl.
We all had a fantastic time and enjoyed every moment.The villa is kept in beautiful condition and all the people involved with the administration certainly looked after us during our stay.
We would love to come again in the future.

Monika just want to drop you line to say we had a wonderful vacation last week in your villa. The house is beautiful and very clean, the kids had a blast in your pool and hot tub! Not to mention the boat which is where we spent most of our time going up and down the intercostals ways! Captain Bob, Greg & Sigrid Speese were great too, very helpful and friendly. I will highly recommend your villa to my family and friends especially those who enjoy boating and fishing.

Hallo Frau Koop,
vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen
durften. Sie haben ein sehr schönes Haus, was liebevoll und
mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet ist. Die Hausbetreuung und die
Bootseinweisung haben super geklappt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub
und viel Spaß mit Ihrem Boot.
Gern würden wir noch einmal Ihr Haus mieten und werden uns dann wieder bei
Ihnen melden.

Hallo Fr. Koop,
ich wollte mich nur kurz melden um mich noch einmal, auch im Namen meiner Familie, für alles zu bedanken.
Alles war von Anfang an perfekt organisiert.
Auch noch einmal einen Dank an Siggi die uns jeder Zeit zur Seite stand, auch als wir irgend welche Infos zu unmöglichen Zeiten benötigt hatten.
Unvergesslich auch die paar Tage mit dem Boot und hier auch noch mal einen riesen Dank an Captain Bob wir hatten echt viel Spaß zusammen. 
Zum Haus selber brauche ich Ihnen ja nichts schreiben, Sie wissen selber das es absolute Top Klasse ist.
Bezüglich Florida haben wir jetzt Blut geleckt und denken das es sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal war.
Also noch mal vielen Dank für alles.

Hi Monika... Yes we very much enjoyed ourselves, your villa was great , the
pool everything. Villa was very clean lots of dishes utensils ,etc.. The
management company were very nice as well!!
Thank you for working with me on the monies and allowing me to pay when I
arrived. I have certainly gotten back the trust in renting villas again,
after our stay in Tampa earlier in the year... Thanks so much
I will definately recommend your villa to my friends and family.

Liebe Familie Koop,
erstmal möchte ich Sie zu Ihrem schönen Haus beglückwünschen. Wir haben
uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, speziell die Kinder trauern dem Pool nach
(und dem dazu passenden Wetter).
Auch die Ausflüge mit dem Boot haben allen sehr viel Spaß gemacht.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit solch einen Urlaub wiederholen. |

We liked the house very much. The house was very clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, and your management staff were very helpful. We have rented many houses (USA, Europe etc.) and can say that this was definitely one of our better rentals. |

Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful week, weather wise. Also, the boat was

Wir möchten uns für die gute Organisation bei Ihnen bedanken. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Villa ist ein Traum und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und in
einem einwandfreiem Zustand. Genau die Villa um einen Urlaub noch perfekter zu gestalten.
Sie haben eine sehr schöne Villa und ein sehr schönes Boot.
Beides hat uns sehr viel Spass bereitet und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort in
die Ferien gehen.
